Trade the treadmill for the pool. Water Aerobics returns to the Ferris State Student Recreation Center for the fall, meeting Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings at 9 a.m. starting September 28. Water resistance does the heavy lifting here, delivering a full-body workout that's far easier on the joints than anything on land. Drop in for $4 a class or grab the 12-class punch card for $40 at City Hall.
