Forget the treadmill. Latin Dance Cardio turns Tuesday nights at Big Rapids Middle School into a dance party disguised as a workout. Starting September 15 at 6 p.m., the class moves through Latin rhythms and cardio intervals that get the heart rate up and the feet moving before you even notice you're exercising. Drop in for $5 or grab the five-class punch card for $20. Skip the gym guilt, bring your dancing shoes instead. No class November 10 or December 15.
