Get Up and Groove is the Thursday answer to Tuesday's Latin Dance Cardio: same Big Rapids Middle School floor, same high-energy spirit, new playlist. Starting September 17 at 6 p.m., the class pairs upbeat music with a full-body cardio workout that sneaks in a serious sweat under the cover of a good time. $5 per person, no rhythm or experience required. No class October 15, November 26, or December 17.
