Hosted in partnership with Creativebug for Libraries, the series features four separate workshops led by experienced instructors. Each session focuses on a different art or craft technique and is designed to be accessible for beginners while still engaging for those with creative experience.
Workshop sessions include:
-
Adult Block Printing – explore the basics of block printing and create your own printed designs
-
Family Felt Heart Ornaments – a family-friendly session creating felt heart decorations
-
Adult Block Printed Tea Towels – design and print custom tea towels using block printing techniques
-
Family Axolotl Beaded Keychains – create colorful beaded keychains inspired by the popular axolotl
All workshops take place at the Big Rapids Community Library, located at 426 South Michigan Avenue in Big Rapids, and run from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. on their scheduled dates. Advance registration is required and can be completed online.
