Join local florist Bob Patterson for one of the Festival of the Arts’ most popular offerings: a flower arranging workshop focused on creating a vibrant tropical bouquet, perfect for adding color and warmth to the winter season.
Participants will learn the basic principles of floral design, including balance, structure, and arrangement techniques, while working with fresh flowers and professional guidance. This workshop is designed for all skill levels and offers a relaxing, creative experience with a beautiful take-home result.
Bob Patterson represents Patterson’s Flowers, a family-owned business established in 1952 by Donald Patterson. With locations in Big Rapids, Reed City, and Cadillac, Patterson’s Flowers has proudly served West Central Michigan for generations, supported by a dedicated staff committed to high-quality floral design and customer care.
The workshop fee is $35, with all tools and supplies included.
