The City Commission meets on the 1st and 3rd Monday at 6:30 p.m. in the City of Big Rapids City Hall. Commission meetings are open to the public. In addition to these regularly scheduled meetings, special meetings may be held after notice of such meeting is properly posted and publicized.
City Commission Minutes are posted on the City's website. After each Commission meeting, minutes are prepared with information on the action that was taken on each agenda item.
