Join Ferris State University Art History Professor Dr. Rachel Foulk and FSU Fine Art Gallery Director Carrie Weis for a one-hour art experience and walking tour through downtown Big Rapids. This guided stroll highlights works from the Public Art Collective while offering a fun and engaging way to experience the creativity and atmosphere of the city’s Social District.
The tour begins at Shooters and concludes at Taco Frida, combining art appreciation with the unique charm and energy of downtown. Participants are encouraged to dress warmly, wear snow boots, and bring a flashlight for viewing outdoor artwork. Guests may also wish to bring cash to purchase a beverage from one of the Social District members along the way.
