Spring into Mecosta County Fun.It’s that time again when we start transitioning from one season to another. Snowmobiling and ice fishing are for the most part concluded as we anticipate hitting the greens at our area golf courses along with attending outdoor festivals and events. As we prepare to move forward with time this coming weekend, springing ahead one hour Sunday morning, we can also excitedly prepare to move forward with great happenings that we can experience, enjoy and explore this March in the Mecosta County area.Hotel of the MonthThe HideawayTucked away near the entrance to the Tullymore Golf Club, the Hideaway at Tullymore has 24 rooms, all with outside access.Each room has two queen beds, a full bath with shower only, a flat-screen TV and coffee pot.Fish Frys in Mecosta CountyWith Lent beginning, we have put together a "Fish Frys in Mecosta County" flyer for you that include locations starting for the Lenten season! While some places are fish fry specific, don't forget about all of the other wonderful places throughout Mecosta County that feature a variety of seafood during Lent and other amazing cuisine all year-long. Music will begin at 7 pm.
